We are seeking enthusiastic and student-focused Academic Counsellors who will guide aspirants in choosing the right IT programs, assist them in understanding career pathways, and support them throughout their learning journey at Technovalley.
Counsel students, graduates, and professionals on career opportunities in IT (Cybersecurity, AI, Data Science, Full Stack Development, Cloud, Linux, etc.).
Provide detailed information about Technovalley’s programs, certifications, and global career opportunities.
Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions (online and offline).
Assist students with admission formalities, program selection, and financial planning.
Coordinate with the Placement Assistance Cell to ensure smooth career support.
Maintain regular follow-up with enrollees to improve retention and satisfaction.
Participate in seminars, webinars, and awareness programs in schools/colleges.
Bachelor’s degree in Education / Psychology / Management / IT or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for guiding students and building careers.
Ability to understand and explain technical programs in a simple way.
Freshers with strong communication skills and IT background will also be considered.
Experience in academic counselling, student relations, or sales in the education sector.
Knowledge of IT training programs and certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
Multilingual proficiency (English, Malayalam, Hindi) will be an advantage.
